Competitions
The 2021 Northeast Horn Workshop will have numerous competitions including excerpt, solo, and ensemble.
Participants must complete a separate application for each competition.
Excerpt Competitions
Excerpt Competition Guidelines
- Participants must be registered for the workshop to have their materials reviewed
- Participants must be age 25 or younger
- Video recordings must be sent as an "unlisted" YouTube link
Important Dates
- February 21 - Preliminary round video recordings due
- March 1 - Finalists announced
- March 14 - Final round video recordings due

Collegiate Horn Ensemble Competition
- All members of the horn ensemble must currently be enrolled in a collegiate program

Virtual Horn Ensemble Competition
- Young Artist Virtual Horn Ensemble Competition for participants must be age 25 or younger
- Professional Virtual Horn Ensemble Competition for participants of any age
- Only one entry for each group of performers permitted
