August 22 - Last day to add/change courses
October 13 - Online Graduation Applications due for December Graduation (through MIX account)
November 17 - Last day for Master’s and Doctoral Recital Hearings
December 1 - Last day to submit Independent Study requests for Spring 2024 to Graduate Director
December 8 - Last day to complete ETD Submissions of DMA Research Document or submission of entire DMA composition portfolio to University Library for December Graduation (https://etd.lib.wvu.edu)
December 8 - Last day to inform Director of Graduate Studies of intention to take DMA
Comprehensive Exams in the Spring 2024
December 15 – Last day for Master’s Oral exam or DMA Final Recital performances

DMA Comprehensive Exam (Qualifying Exam) for Fall 2023

Theory scores (required for the exam) will be available for student pick-up starting on Monday, September 18, 2023.
