Summer Piano for Tiny Musicians
FOR AGES 4-6 YO AND 7-9 YO
This summer, the WVU Community Music Program presents an exciting opportunity for our youngest pianists with three tailored classes.
The first session is designed for complete beginners, aged 4-6 or 7-9 years old, who are just embarking on their piano journey. No prior music experience is necessary, making it perfect for those taking their first steps into the world of music.
For those who have already begun their musical adventure, the second session offers a chance to continue their progress. Specifically catered to tiny pianists aged 4 to 6 years old who participated in the previous term (Spring 2024), this session focuses on making further progress.

This group class is meant to introduce tiny pianists to the art of playing the piano, in a fun and engaging environment for kids that are just now beginning to learn music. This class provides the stimulation of a group environment with the individual attention of private instruction through the effective means of rhythmic games, ensemble playing, and music reading while using state-of-the-art electronic keyboards.
