Christine Gossett

Mrs. Christine Gossett currently teaches elementary music in the Morgantown area. She earned her Bachelors of Music Education from Murray State University and a Masters Degree in Music Education with an emphasis in Orff-Schulwerk from the University of Kentucky. With over 20 years of teaching experience, she holds teacher certification in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Idaho in addition to being a National Board Certified teacher in Early/Middle Childhood Music. Mrs. Gossett believes in a fun, creative and eclectic approach to music learning including dancing, singing, playing instruments, and imaginative play. She is certified in several different music teaching approaches and methodologies (Orff-Schulwerk, Kodaly, First Steps in Music Education, and World Music Pedagogy). 

"My goal as an educator is to provide students with experience to be tune-ful, beat-ful, and art-ful throughout their daily life," said Mrs. Gossett.
